His hand was originally poised to hold a tool, though now it merely grasps a truth. This is the last addition to this piece I’m going to make. I enjoyed working with the cloth and will probably revisit a similar subject soon.

I think the composition, balance of shading, and especially the hand(!) turned out really well on this. Your new approach seems to be working well. Also, the time you put into this really shows. Nice work; very calming.
